The Hilton Lounge

The Hilton Lounge, named after Harold Hilton, who was a member at West Lancashire when he won his two Open Championships and he was our Club’s first paid Secretary when he won the second of his four Amateur Championships in 1901.

Our Hilton Lounge is the perfect retreat before and after your round to enjoy the surroundings and our Bar & Catering options.

Bar and Catering

The bar and catering will be open daily. If you are looking for a lighter bite we also have our famous homemade sausage rolls, available daily in a variety of flavours.

We also have a selection of Chef’s Specials – try either our West Lancashire Beef Burger, pictured here, which comes with Cheese, Bacon, Tomato, Gem Lettuce and a side of Fries, served on an Oak Serving Board. Alternatively, our Club BLT or Signature Fish & Chips.

Crosby Coffee

Whilst enjoying the fantastic view over the links, why not enjoy one of our lovely coffees. All our coffee is sourced from a local business, Crosby Coffee, and our current bean of choice is Iron Men, named after Anthony Gormley’s Another Place which is just a stone’s throw from our clubhouse at Crosby Beach.

Crosby Coffee’s signature blend, Iron Men, is as smooth and rich as they come. With strong chocolate and nutty notes, you can’t really go wrong. It’s traditional but never boring. A blend of three Latin American coffees and named after the well loved Anthony Gormley statues on Crosby Beach, this coffee perfectly combines the flavour profiles of each bean used.

The dark chocolate notes from the Guatemalan coffee cuts through the sweet caramel from the Brazil and nutty notes from the Honduran coffee.
