The West Lancashire Golf Club, founded in 1873 in Blundellsands Liverpool, is among the ten oldest clubs in England and boasts one of the most natural and testing links found anywhere in the British Isles.

We still have limited availability for guests to play our fantastic links during the week of the Open whilst it is being played just a few miles up the road at Royal Birkdale.

Here at West Lancashire, we are hosting Final Qualifying for The Open on 30th June 2026 and so why don’t you come and experience the course the Professionals are playing just a few weeks before they move on to Royal Birkdale.
